Hello Fresh Gluten Free Box

Quick, easy, fresh, healthy meals... Look no further than Hello Fresh!

Hello Fresh were very thoughtful & sent me out their new gluten free range of boxes to try & I wanted to share with you how it went.

First a little bit about Hello Fresh incase you haven't heard of them... which Im sure you have. Their aim is to supply their customers with fresh food to create delicious meals without the difficulty of running to the supermarket and forgetting certain items. You pick a box that works for you, if you're cooking for 2 or a family of 4, if you're vegetarian or lactose free; choose a box to suit your lifestyle & then choose the delicious recipes to cook each week. Each food box comes equipped with every single ingredient you will need to create the recipe you have chosen, as well as the recipe card. The recipe card is a handy feature because you can keep it and make the meal again in the future if you enjoy it. Fancy a break from hello fresh? No problem. You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription anytime, but no doubt you'll be back for more!

For me December is the most perfect month for trying these as you have so many temptations of all the lovely but really unhealthy food around the christmas season, so these boxes ensure you have one healthy fresh meal a day.

I was sent a gluten free box, it contained 3 recipe cards & the ingredients for those meals. My meals were Easy Peasy Fish Pie, Red Thai Prawn Curry, Oven Baked Risotto.

I also made the "Red Thai Prawn Curry" which was absolutely delicious & really packed full of flavour!

Unfortunately the "Oven baked Risotto" was so good I scoffed it all before realising I hadn't taken a picture! #bloggerfail So if I were you this is definitely one to try!
