Perfect quick & easy mid week meal, packed full of flavour & reasonably healthy ... if you don't add the dough balls like I have.
You can even use ready cooked prawns, which means you can have this dish ready by the time you cook your pasta which usually takes 10 minutes depending on what brand you're using. I am using Juvela Gluten Free Pasta which I have got on prescription, which is available for Coeliac sufferers in Northern Ireland.
Try this taste of Italy through the week, it won't let you down!

Ingredients:
320g dried tagletele (I use Glutafin) 1 fresh red chilli 1tsp ground cinnamon 360g peeled prawns 2 cloves of garlic, crushed 500g passata 1 lemon 30g Parmesan cheese a couple of sprigs of fresh basil
Served with Tesco Free From Garlic Dough Balls *Not Optional... They're Amazing!
Method:
Put the pasta into the large pan, cover with boiling salted water and cook according to instructions.
Finely chop chilli & put into the frying pan a little olive oil, cinnamon, garlic & prawns, then turn up the heat.
Add passata & bring to the boil.
Squeeze the lemon juice into the frying pan, then use tongs to transfer the spaghetti straight into the sauce.
Finely grate in the Parmesan, toss to coat, then season to taste with salt & pepper.
Transfer the pasta to a platter, loosening with a splash of cooking water, if needed, pick over the basil leaves and serve with garlic bread.
