So a bit about me. My name is Laura, I'm 23 & I live in Belfast, Northern Ireland. I studied Marketing in Liverpool John Moores which I have just completed & moved back home to the Green Isle while figuring out what to do with the next chapter of my life. I love figuring out how to cook & bake all the things I'm not allowed to eat altering recipes to make them Gluten Free and safe for anyone with Ceoliac Disease like myself.
