Simple Gluten Free Shortcrust Pastry

This is a fool proof easy to follow recipe for 1 batch of gluten free shortcrust pastry.
Use for sweet & savoury pies, tarts & quiches. You can even leave a batch of dough in the freezer for convenience, no need to make a fresh batch every time you cook.
Ingredients:
200g all purpose gluten free flour
100g butter
4/6 tbsp water
Method:
Massage butter into flour until its completely mixed & crumbly in texture.
Start to add water tbsp at a time, form dough together into round dough ball.
Wrap dough in clingfilm & let rest in fridge for 30 mins.
